Who is this course for?

As a new user, with little or no experience of Microsoft Excel 2016 or other spreadsheets, the topics covered on this course will gently introduce you to spreadsheet concepts and empower you to create basic spreadsheets.

What do I need to know before attending?

It is assumed only that you have a basic knowledge and understanding of the Windows environment. 

 

What will I expect to achieve at the end of the training?
At the end of this course
you will be able to:

  • Use Excel to structure your data.
  • Perform automatic calculations.
  • Improve the appearance of your work with basic formatting.
  • Produce simple charts.
  • Produce well presented printouts of data, text and graphs.
  • Save your work and retrieve it for future reference or changes.
