Background preparation for your training or workshop is vital to make sure your
course runs smoothly and that everyone gets the most out of the session.
Firstly we need to understand your requirements, for standard or flexible
training, this may involve asking prospective delegates to complete our needs
analysis questionnaires, to determine what skills individuals already have and
what they need to learn.
Our trainers and course co-ordinators use this information either as a guide in
the customisation of course content, or where possible to group delegates of
similar levels together.
Alternatively, it may be more appropriate to meet with your training organisers
to discuss the options available to you and ensure that the package we deliver
is exactly what you want.
Once the package is decided upon, our administration team work behind the scenes
to compile and distribute joining instructions - if you choose we can
co-ordinate bookings from individuals at your organisation.
They work with the delivery team to ensure all resources are in place for each
session - from computers to coffee, and customised courseware to exercises.
After the course they co-ordinate delegates' feedback, organise
certificates and generally strive to make sure the vtl experience is
significantly more than just satisfactory.
