KPI REPORTING

An Excel tool developed to upload, download and report on a series of key performance indicators for a range of different factory sites.

This spreadsheet required users to first download a set of data relevant to their own site so that they could compare the current scores being entered with historic scores. After they had submitted their single site entry, the spreadsheet let them view a range of historic data presented to the user in a series of graphs within Excel.

The sheet also included a facility where by pressing a button, the user could export all of these graphs to a PowerPoint presentation, where they were custom formatted and arranged ready for a slide show.
