Supplier Risk Reporting Tool

An Excel 97 application which presents a Supplier Risk questionnaire in a user-friendly controlled manner. Information is stored in a database format and the application allows in-depth analysis.

The application uses VBA to generate user forms from questions and multi-choice answers stored within the spreadsheet. This enables the questionnaire itself to be enhanced easily whilst retaining integrity on the data already recorded.

Users are able to hold their data in a "pending" section of the spreadsheet, submitting them for analysis only when all information is deemed correct.

Once submitted, data is locked to prevent users from re-defining the risk.

The data is used at a corporate level to identify suppliers which cause risk to the organisation.
