Fuel Management System

(GL EVE 2001)

This Microsoft Access solution stored all fuel transactions in relation to a large transport organisation and enabled management to report on volumes of fuel used, costs, vehicles and mileage.

Data was actually made available electronically by the fuel card provider. Importing this into an appropriate structure saved time and avoided error. The organisation's management were able to specify their requirements in terms of reporting - both to identify exceptions
