Factory Self Assessment Tool

Excel solution to automate the collection and reporting of Self Assessment data for factories worldwide.

A large number of factories worldwide were required to complete a detailed Self Assessment procedure, and the results needed to be collected, stored and reported upon with an up-to-date, flexible reporting tool.

The reporting tool needed to store historical data for trend analysis, and to display breakdowns for a single site across a range of different sub categories. As well as single site analysis, it was required that a user could select any combination of sites, filtered based on different categories, and view an aggregate report of averages.

It was required that the tool be optimised for online access globally, where internet connections may be slow, and to be used on PCs with varying specifications. The tool also needed to be user friendly, and not require any specialist knowledge.
