Production of an index of all documents relating to specific plant.

This project involved scanning paper copies of all documentation as Adobe Acrobat files and creating an index in Microsoft Word with reference numbers, descriptive text, and hyperlinks to the scanned files. The index was created automatically using a VBA utility written to translate the contents of a folder into a list of hyperlinks. This increased the reliability of the list and shortened the development time. The final product was delivered on handy CD format, along with a professionally bound copy.
